# Navigate Cleo

> Learn how Cleo organizes portfolio views, site workspaces, channels, resources, and settings.

Cleo has two levels: your **portfolio** and each **site workspace**. Start at the portfolio level when you want to compare clients or sites. Open a site when you want to analyze, create, publish, or report.

## Portfolio level

* **Home** summarizes activity and health across the workspace.
* **Clients** groups sites by client and shows portfolio-level SEO and GEO performance.
* **Plans & Billing** shows your subscription and usage.
* **Help** opens the in-app assistant and support resources.

## Site workspace

When you open a site, the left navigation is organized by purpose.

| Area              | What it contains                                                       |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Scoreboard**    | A cross-channel snapshot of the site's performance and priorities.     |
| **Orchestration** | Branding, Plan, Campaign, and—when enabled—Orbit.                      |
| **Channels** | Local, SEO, GEO, Social, Reviews, Leads, and Ads. |
| **Studio** | Quill for written content and Reels for video. |
| **Operations** | Repository-backed remediation and CI verification for supported sites. |
| **Resources** | Integrations, Reports, Chat Orbit, and Help. |

<Info>
  Your sidebar is personalized. Cleo hides some features and locks others based on the active site's plan, capabilities, and your role.
</Info>

## Switch between sites

Use the site selector near the top of the site sidebar. Cleo keeps data and permissions separate for each site, so always confirm the active domain before running a tool or publishing content.

## Find a feature quickly

Use these rules when you are unsure where to look:

* If you want to **measure a channel**, open that channel under **Channels**.
* If you want to **create content**, open **Quill**, **Social**, **Ads**, or **Reels**.
* If you want to **coordinate work across channels**, open **Plan**, **Campaign**, or **Orbit**.
* If you want to **connect another platform**, open **Integrations**.
* If you want to **share an outcome**, open **Reports**.

## Light and dark mode

Cleo supports light and dark themes. Changing the theme affects presentation only; it does not change your data, permissions, or configured channels.
