# Plan and Campaigns

> Sequence cross-channel work into a strategic plan, then execute and measure focused campaigns.

**Plan** turns the latest SEO and GEO signals into sequenced work. **Campaign** groups coordinated activity around a specific theme, audience, objective, channel mix, and success measure.

## Plan

Use Plan when you know the outcome you want but need Cleo to order the work by leverage and dependency.

Example goals include:

* Rank for a valuable search topic
* Win citations for an important AI-search question
* Launch or strengthen a product page
* Recover after a traffic decline

Cleo reads available module signals, proposes a sprint, and places longer-term work on a roadmap. Review the plan before execution: the recommended order matters when one task supplies evidence or content needed by another.

## Campaign

A campaign connects a business moment to coordinated execution. Each campaign defines:

* **Audience** — who the work is intended to reach
* **Objective** — the outcome the campaign should create
* **Channels** — where the work will run
* **Success metrics** — how the team will judge the result
* **Pacing** — steady, front-loaded, or responsive delivery

Campaign actions can open the appropriate Cleo workspace—such as Quill, an SEO tool, Social, or GEO Improvements—with relevant context.
