# Tasks, issues, and reports

> Move findings into work, track progress, and share results with stakeholders.

Cleo separates the *finding* of problems from the *fixing* of them. Findings surface inside the SEO and GEO tabs as **Issues** with a severity. The work to address them is tracked as **Tasks**. Stakeholder summaries are generated in **Reports**.

**Issues** and **Tasks** are scoped to a single site. Open **Resources → Reports** from the site workspace to build and share reports.

## Findings (inside SEO and GEO)

Findings are surfaced inside the site workspace:

* **SEO findings** come from the Website Audit, Cleo Audit, and targeted tools (Mobile Usability, Page Speed, etc.). They appear in the **Optimization Status** card and inline on the relevant SEO sub-tab.
* **GEO findings** appear in the **Improvements** sub-tab of the GEO tab.

For each finding you can apply the fix directly (when supported by your CMS connection), add it to **Tasks**, mark it resolved, or ignore it. Re-running the relevant tool refreshes the findings and clears anything that's been resolved.

## Issues

The **Issues** view (per site) is the consolidated list of open problems Cleo has found for that site. Open it to triage what needs attention, see severities, and jump to the tool that surfaced each issue.

## Tasks

**Tasks** is the per-site place to track actionable work.

### What you see

* **Priority summary** — counts of **Critical**, **High**, **Medium**, and **Low** tasks.
* A **table** of tasks with columns such as Type, Description, Priority, Status, Assigned To, Created, and Updated.
* **Filters** by priority and by status (**Pending**, **In Progress**, **Completed**, **Blocked**).

### What you can do

* **Create Task** — add a task manually and fill in the details.
* Open a task to see its full context — which finding it came from and what to do.
* Reassign tasks, change priority, and move them through their statuses.
* Edit or refresh tasks as work progresses.

### Add work to Tasks

* **From an SEO finding or GEO improvement** — use **Add to Tasks** on the finding. The original context is attached automatically.
* **Manually** — use **Create Task** inside the Tasks view.

## Reports

A **report** is a stakeholder-friendly summary of what happened on a site. Open **Resources → Reports** from the site workspace.

### The Reports landing page

The landing page shows headline counts — **Client Count**, **Number of Sites**, and **Total Report Count** — and a **Select client to view reports** list. Pick a client to see and generate its reports.

### Generate a report

Inside a client's reports view:

1. Click **Generate Report**.
2. Pick the site (or use the **site filter** when the client has more than one), the period, and the content to include.
3. Generate. The report moves through its build stages (Collecting, Generating, Writing, Rendering, etc.) and finishes as **Completed**.

You can also **Schedule** recurring reports and start from a **Custom Template**.

### The reports table

Each report row shows its **Type**, **Report Name**, **Period**, **Size**, **Created On**, **Status**, and an **Action** to open or download it. Because report counts and lists are fetched across sites, you can review reporting for a whole client in one place.

### What a report contains

* A summary of the period.
* KPI movement (SEO score, GEO score, ranking changes, traffic from AI engines).
* A list of fixes and content shipped.
* Open work and recommended next steps.

When white-label reporting is enabled, reports use the configured organization branding.

## Suggested monthly workflow

1. Run a **Cleo Audit** or **Website Audit** under **SEO → Audit**.
2. Triage findings — apply easy fixes inline, send harder ones to **Tasks**.
3. Open **GEO → Improvements**, push relevant items to **Tasks**, and send content suggestions to **Quill**.
4. Work through Tasks.
5. At the end of the month, generate a **Report** for stakeholders.
6. Repeat.
