The Home screen is the landing view of your account. It gives you a single-glance summary across your clients and sites before you open a specific site workspace.

What you see

Overview KPI cards

A row of headline counts for your workspace:
  • Clients — how many clients you manage.
  • Projects — how many projects across those clients.
  • Sites Managed — total sites.
  • Portfolio Health Index — a roll-up health score across your sites.

Site Stability

A trend chart of your sites’ scores over time, so you can see whether overall health is improving or slipping.

Site Health Distribution

A breakdown of your sites (and recent findings) by health band, so you can see at a glance where the problems are concentrated.

Recent Activity

A timeline of what’s happened across your sites recently — audits run, fixes applied, content published, GEO runs completed. Useful for catching up after time away.

How the data is calculated

  • Cards are computed from the latest successful run of each underlying tool.
  • If you haven’t run a tool yet, the matching figure shows No data rather than a misleading zero.
  • GEO numbers populate only after you’ve added at least one query for a site and the first run has finished.
  • AI referral traffic populates only after the Analytics sub-tab on the GEO tab is connected to Google Analytics 4.

Drilling into a site

Open a client, then select a site. The site workspace contains its Scoreboard, orchestration tools, channels, content studio, operations, integrations, reports, and help. See Navigate Cleo for the current navigation map.

When the dashboard looks empty

  • New site: run Cleo Audit or Website Audit under SEO → Audit so the first health data can populate.
  • GEO panels empty: add at least one prompt in GEO and wait for the first run. See GEO.
  • AI referral traffic empty: connect Google Analytics 4 from the GEO tab’s Analytics sub-tab.
