Plan turns the latest SEO and GEO signals into sequenced work. Campaign groups coordinated activity around a specific theme, audience, objective, channel mix, and success measure.

Plan

Use Plan when you know the outcome you want but need Cleo to order the work by leverage and dependency. Example goals include:
  • Rank for a valuable search topic
  • Win citations for an important AI-search question
  • Launch or strengthen a product page
  • Recover after a traffic decline
Cleo reads available module signals, proposes a sprint, and places longer-term work on a roadmap. Review the plan before execution: the recommended order matters when one task supplies evidence or content needed by another.

Campaign

A campaign connects a business moment to coordinated execution. Each campaign defines:
  • Audience — who the work is intended to reach
  • Objective — the outcome the campaign should create
  • Channels — where the work will run
  • Success metrics — how the team will judge the result
  • Pacing — steady, front-loaded, or responsive delivery
Campaign actions can open the appropriate Cleo workspace—such as Quill, an SEO tool, Social, or GEO Improvements—with relevant context.

A practical workflow

1

Choose one measurable outcome

Write a goal that names the audience or topic and the business result you want.
2

Generate and review the plan

Confirm the proposed sequence, ownership, and dependencies. Remove work that is already complete or outside scope.
3

Create a campaign for a focused theme

Define the message, channels, pacing, and success metric.
4

Execute in the linked workspaces

Complete the channel work and return to the plan or campaign to monitor progress.
Plan and Campaign availability depends on the active site’s capabilities. A missing or locked item does not mean your data was lost.
