Orbit is the client workspace for Cleo’s done-for-you service: Cleo prepares work, you review it, and approved work is published to its configured destination.
Orbit is shown only on sites where the service is enabled. It is sold and configured separately from self-serve feature access.

How Orbit works

1

We write it

Cleo prepares articles, social posts, reels, or supported site changes using the site’s brand and channel settings.
2

You approve it

Review the full item, request a change, approve it, or decline it. Nothing requiring approval should publish before your decision.
3

We publish it

Approved work moves to the connected CMS, social account, or configured delivery process. Orbit records the outcome and any destination link.

Orbit sections

Statuses you will see

  • Needs approval — your decision is required.
  • Being written — work is in progress.
  • To publish — approved and queued for delivery.
  • Live — published successfully.
  • You said no — declined by an approver.
  • Not published — delivery failed or was stopped; open the item for the reason.
Check destinations and publishing mode during setup. “Publish immediately” and “save as draft” create different approval and operational expectations.
